IMMERSIVE LORE-FRIENDLY CHEESE AND CABBAGE

I think this mod deserves a thread for its description page if nothing else.

The cheese textures are also nice. Not as sharp as those from High Quality Food and Ingredients, but still pretty fine.

I hope Gamwich will expand on the food in future.

I am also glad he started creating textures in higher resolution some time ago. It was such a shame to see awesome textures go blur away when you got close. No more!

P.S. Look at the file descriptions. I had a great friday laugh.

I use it, and like it. I use most of Gamwich's textures, actually. The description was also funny. Reminded me a little of Apollodown's excellent descriptions (apparently most other people don't find them funny, though).

Ah yes, Apollo. His descriptions are somewhat funny, but they are annoyingly long and kind of overdone, and they get old fast.

Gamwich's cheese looks like it could use a bit more sharpness - could anyone post a screenshot how it looks in his game?

The food we have in STEP looks pretty good already, and I'm not persuaded by the previews.

Sorry if I sounded a little blunt. It is on my list of mods to look at, as I like Gamwich.

I do agree about the current STEP mods being good enough though. I very much prefer Gamwich's cabbage (looks more natural and not oversharpened), however the cheese, on second and third looks, could use some improvements. The textures despite being high resolution and not upscaled, lack a fair amount of detail and sharpness. This is especially noticeable with eidar. For the goat (is that the orange one?), I really don't like how it looks on the cut. It's a blurry mess. The outer texture is nice though.

'Immersive'? Does that mean this is a new beauty regime or spa treatment? Maybe there should be a new category for mods: 'Exfoliating/rejuvenating'?

I've just noticed this post in the comments:

"What's wrong? Can't stand the sight of a strong Nord Cheese?"

"Favour the Bow eh? I'm a Cabbage man, myself"

"Then by my right as Jarl, I name you Cabbage of Falkreath. Congratulations"

"May your road lead you to warm Cheese"

"So you're the new member of the Companions? So you, what? Fetch the Cabbage?"

"Come to chat with an old Cabbage, hmm? Do your good deed for the day?"

"Fall to me, Cabbage!"

Some people are just too creative ::D:

I second the addition of this mod. Compared to the cabbage texture I got from S.T.E.P. 2.9, it was MUCH sharper. I did favore cheese01.dds and the _n from step over the one in the mod.
