This tool generates LOD in TES5Edit.

You do not need to install this main file. You can just run the LODGen script inside TES5Edit. The page it mostly used for its tree Billboards.

 

It is actually not necessary for STEP, as we use our own Billboards based on our Recolored Pines version of SFO.

Maybe, but it was added as a mod page thread for STEP when he had it labeled as accepted. This is because we can't move those support threads to Anthology so we have to duplicate them.
