Been a long time since I've been here, is this project still rolling or on or has anything drastic changed?

Nothing has changed much. Protect is still alive, but there hasn't been a Guide update in a while. We're currently working on updating the servers and then we'll be doing some big dev work.

Its probably worth making v2.10.0 the last revision on Skyrim, and then focus on SE?

 

Creating a separate SE forum would help not to have everything so mixed up.

A SSE version of the Guide will not be available for some time. Not likely until we finish up dev on STEP 3.0.
