Also have this in MO Left pane

The conflict resolution order for some mods with scripts differs from that of the corresponding esp.
This may lead to subtle, hard to locate bugs.
Please first ensure your load order is correct!
If it is you should re-order the affected mods (left list!) like this:

  • Move Even Better Quest Objectives after Cutting Room Floor
  • Move The Choice is Yours after Even Better Quest Objectives
  • Move Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul after The Choice is Yours
  • Move Traps Make Noise after Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul
  • Move Wiseman303's Trap Fixes after Traps Make Noise
  • Move The Choice is Yours - Dragonborn BETA after Wiseman303's Trap Fixes
  • Move Thieves Guild Requirements after The Choice is Yours - Dragonborn BETA
  • Move aMidianBorn - Content Addon after Thieves Guild Requirements
  • Move Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade after aMidianBorn - Content Addon
  • Move Better Vampires 7.1 after Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade
  • Move The Paarthurnax Dilemma after Better Vampires 7.1
  • Move Royal Bloodline - Vampire Lord perk tree - abilities - and more after The Paarthurnax Dilemma
  • Move When Vampires Attack after Royal Bloodline - Vampire Lord perk tree - abilities - and more
  • Move The Choice is Yours - Dawnguard after When Vampires Attack
  • Move Non-Essential Children - Hearthfire after The Choice is Yours - Dawnguard
  • Move Timing is Everything after Non-Essential Children - Hearthfire
  • Move NotSoFast-MainQuestV12 after Timing is Everything

Okay, the MO Potential mod order problem isn't correct for those mods. It's like a false positive. We wouldn't mess with you like that.

As for the Bashed Patch. Always leave those plugins unticked. They have been merged into the bashed patch. Leave them in your load order in case you need to redo your Bashed Patch. Orange plugins mean the masters aren't in the order that they are listed in the plugin's header. Most the time it's benign and you can ignore it.

Cheers , Any way to turn off the false positive , or save the current install order of the left panel  I did do a profile copy

but removing mods , affected all profiles

Also noticing  that when I try to re-install mods , MO says no installer  ?  .. So MO deletes , installers ? Can I stop this from happening , for me its a 3 hour round library (internet ) trip , using USB mobile for internet , no big downloads :)

Click the wrench icon in MO, go to the Plugins tab and click Basic diagnosis plugin on the left and double-click true next to check_modorder and change it to false.

From the STEP MO recommendations page. :-)

EDIT: Ninja'd! Lol

Also, if you manually install a mod vs. downloading it with an NMM link, it won't automatically be in the downloads folder to re-install. This means it won't be in the Downloads tab either. Is this what you mean?

Not sure either , just know , that when trying to re-install some of my mods , they are no longer there in downloads but are in MODS , Some just have blank folders , others I can re-zip to re-install again ( I hope that's ok )

"Also, if you manually install a mod vs. downloading it with an NMM link, it won't automatically be in the downloads folder to re-install. This means it won't be in the Downloads tab either. Is this what you mean?"

YES , to above:) But I tend to copy it across to the Download MO folder , then install with MO from that folder , It's my copy of mods "that I'm really using" not mods i just downloading to check out.

The reason I do that is , it too hard to find the mods in MO Download tab , when following the step Guild , best to have them in folder , sort A to Z , then copy to MO download , then install

Ps turned of the left pane false positives now thanks
